Advocated for and secured full time parent liaisons in all Title I schools

Advocated for and supported adoption of Policy 1040 - Equal Opportunity for Equitable, Safe and Inclusive Environment

Supported and advocated for universal full day kindergarten

Advocated for and secured differentiated allotments to provide field trips, programs, and caps and gowns for low-income students

Advocated for the establishment of an equity committee to address equity issues within LCPS

Supported differentiated staffing based on percentages of English Learners (EL) and socio-economically disadvantaged students

Advocated for Title I status for Forest Grove ES and Sterling ES
